SEQUOYAH Model 4300 "Little Spruce" 		If you are looking for a furnace that meets the EPA Owhh Emission standards and carries the orange EPA sticker this is the one The Sequoyah Gasification Outdoor Wood Furnace is a whole new design in outdoor wood furnaces. This outdoor wood furnace will change the way you think about the whole outdoor wood furnace industry. This patent pending process produces very low emissions compared to other outdoor wood furnaces and will use much less wood, testing shows this furnace to be 73-83% efficient. and give most home owners true 24 hour burn times. (BTU being used, type of fuel, and dryness of fuel greatly affect outdoor wood furnace burn times). The Model E3400 Gasification Outdoor Wood Furnace has the following specs Heats up to 10,000 square feet Is a forced downdraft gasification design with 44' of exhaust travel Firebox is 44" deep x 48" tall x 32" wide, holding 39 cubic feet of fuel. Burning of trash, tires, coal, building materials is not allowed and will affect your warranty, and is in violation with most local ordinances. Comes with an ash pan for easy cleanout. Comes with a 20 year pro rated warranty. An explanation of how this outdoor wood furnace works follows. Wood is loaded into the firebox all the way to the top. Air is injected using a forced draft blower from the rear of the furnace. The outdoor wood furnace is designed such that there is no way for the air to escape except to go down though spaces in the firebrick in the bottom of the outdoor wood furnace. This causes the fire and smoke to get very turbulent in the firebox and mixed very well with an excessive amount of oxygen. The exhaust exits through openings in the bottom of the outdoor wood furnace floor made of heavy duty firebrick. It then separates into 2 separate exhaust streams and travels through an insulated maze of firebrick tunnels over 12 feet long. it is forced to change direction many times and gets adequate time to burn all of the gases and to drop out much of the fine emissions. This area gets very hot, sometimes in excess of 2000 degrees. After this the 2000 degree exhaust enters the heat exchange area where the exhaust temperature is brought down to temperatures of under 300 degrees After exiting the the heat exchangers it then travels another 6 feet and then exits the chimney pipe on the top of the outdoor wood furnace.
